In this crucial position within CAE's Defense & Security sector, the Naval Business Development Manager spearheads initiatives to develop and capture business opportunities in naval training and operational support. Your ability to analyze and prospect new markets will play a key role in sustaining CAE's leadership position within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve significant order intake for Naval training, exceeding $50M annually
• Identify and develop new business prospects and opportunities
• Lead complex capture efforts with defined strategies and execution plans
• Collaborate on innovative solutions with engineering and operations teams
• Prepare and support competitive proposal submissions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
• Minimum 12 years in Defence and Security sector
• At least 6 years with Canadian procurement processes
• Deep understanding of naval technologies and operations
• Ability to maintain NATO SECRET security clearance
