In this position, you will report to the Manager of Operations Support, assisting with the coordination and administration of various services. Responsibilities range from managing user access to conducting program reviews and providing technical guidance. Your contribution will be crucial in supporting organizational objectives and legislative changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee user onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Manage inventory following STOR best practices
• Conduct program quality assurance and improvement
• Collaborate to enhance programs based on feedback
• Analyze data and present findings effectively
Requirements:
• Degree and a year of related work experience
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office 365
• Effective communication and facilitation skills
• Strong ability to manage diverse stakeholder interactions
• Knowledge of relevant programs and legislation
