This senior-level position involves spearheading the CCaaS roadmap and ensuring seamless integration across platforms like Ring Central and Service Intelligence tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the Global Revenue CCaaS Product Roadmap
• Collaborate with technology teams for integrated solutions
• Independently gather global requirements for user stories
• Partner with GTS in evaluating platform capabilities
• Champion the adoption and performance measurement of CCaaS solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in contact center operations
• Hands-on NICE in Contact and Salesforce experience
• Proven leadership in CCaaS implementations across regions
• Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
