Mariner is seeking PMO Coordinators/Analysts to contribute to a significant transformation initiative involving diverse stakeholders. This role is essential in tracking implementation progress, assisting in governance processes, and maintaining documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are crucial for successful stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support integrated coordination across various work streams
• Assist in generating status reports and governance updates
• Track findings in RAID logs for timely issue resolution
• Oversee implementation tracking and reporting activities
• Coordinate meetings and manage follow-ups with vendors
Requirements:
• Proven experience in PMO or program support roles
• Skill in governance reporting and RAID management
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Experience with transformation or OCM initiatives
• Local stakeholder familiarity within Atlantic Canada preferred
