- Develop and execute integrated go‑to‑market strategies to increase market share and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Champion the adoption and integration of AI tools and automation platforms to support sales forecasting, customer insights, and prospect identification.
- Oversee marketing strategy activities, including company website enhancement, e‑commerce optimization, digital campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Drive consistent use of CRM tools (Salesforce) for accurate reporting, activity tracking, and pipeline management.
- Partner with key suppliers and manufacturers to integrate their product data and marketing initiatives into Graybar’s digital strategy.
- Develop marketing metrics and provide actionable dashboards and reports to support sales reps, managers, and executives.
- Partner with HR, IT, Operations, and Product teams to support integrated employee retention, corporate culture, sales campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.
- Work with leadership teams to align marketing and sales development initiatives with organizational priorities, consistent with cross‑functional expectations in marketing and digital roles.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing, digitally fluent team, through the lens of change management and skill adoption.
- Work with stakeholders to promote branding initiatives consistent with company business goals and objectives.
- 5‑10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing, B2B preferred
- College/University Degree or Masters required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Hands‑on experience leveraging CRM systems, automation platforms, and analytics to optimize operations.
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation and process evolution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, social media for business, and e‑commerce platforms.
- Proven success in linking marketing/sales strategy directly to revenue growth with strong execution discipline.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Additional courses in AI, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing are considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, project management, and execution skills.
