Operations Manager

Position: Operations and Experience Manager
Drive operational excellence as the Operations and Experience Manager for Time & Space and NATIONAL in Halifax. This role combines administrative leadership with workplace engagement initiatives.

As a key player in office management and organizational support, you will oversee daily operations and enhance the experience for employees and clients alike. By coordinating events and managing vendor relationships, you will ensure an efficient and inviting office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily operations including receptions and service

• Coordinate workplace engagement activities and meetings

• Manage vendor contracts and maintain service quality

• Provide comprehensive administration to senior leaders

• Plan and execute corporate events and logistics

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or relevant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools

• Strong organizational and communication skills required

• Ability to manage confidential data with integrity

• Experience with event planning is advantageous
