Operations Project Coordinator

In this 12-month contract role, you'll contribute to project deliverables, testing activities, and operational support while navigating organizational change. Your efforts will be crucial in collaborating with various teams, ensuring timelines are met, and processes are documented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track project deliverables, timelines, and milestones
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking
• Document business processes and standard operating procedures
• Support change management initiatives and client services
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project dependencies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Project Management or related field
• 2-3 years of project coordination or operations support experience
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Customer-focused approach to problem-solving
