Make a significant impact as the Manager of Enterprise Prioritization s full-time position facilitates crucial decision-making across various initiatives in Canada.
As part of the Enterprise Transformation Office, you will connect strategy to execution while collaborating with senior leaders to ensure proper alignment with Medavie's priorities.
Your role will be pivotal in driving informed decision-making and resource allocation through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance prioritization practices for organizational initiatives
• Provide analysis and recommendations to governance forums
• Monitor and address project dependencies and resource constraints
• Work alongside finance and risk teams for initiative assessment
• Prepare executive-level materials for effective discussions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Strategy-related field
• Over 5 years in management or consulting roles
• Proven experience in enterprise governance and decision-making
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with PMP or similar certification is beneficial
