Drive client loyalty as a Retention Consultant with Manulife. This hybrid position involves maximizing retention, enhancing advisor effectiveness, and fostering client trust in our protection solutions.
Reporting directly to the Retention Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner, applying your skills in business analysis and change management. You will collaborate with multiple business areas to develop effective retention initiatives and improve client and advisor experiences. Your contributions will support business growth and the achievement of key performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership for change management and decision-making
• Collaborate on new product and tool introductions
• Lead retention reviews for performance analysis
• Monitor compliance audit results and provide coaching
• Create and optimize reporting for retention performance
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in business analysis or process improvement
• University degree in Business or related field
• 1–3 years in insurance or financial services
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Salesforce knowledge is advantageous
