This position will collaborate with the Warranty, Service Contracts, and Customer Experience teams, analyzing performance data and identifying trends for enhanced business solutions. You will gain practical experience in reporting and dashboards that align with key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze various performance data including warranty and financial metrics

• Support reporting and dashboards to track business trends

• Identify opportunities for customer experience and dealer performance

• Monitor warranty claim activities and cost trends

• Prepare presentations and materials for leadership discussions

Requirements:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Finance or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Organized with attention to detail

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
