Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first contact for procurement and travel inquiries

• Manage shared inbox for timely responses and follow-ups

• Lead travel compliance and expense auditing

• Coordinate meetings for continuous procurement improvements

• Maintain operational documentation and compliance records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• Minimum three years of procurement experience

• Advanced proficiency in English and French

• Strong understanding of procurement processes

• Familiarity with strategic sourcing preferred
