Partnering with the VP of Agency Operations, you will facilitate the implementation of best practices and SOPs while managing operational improvements across various teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development and implementation of SOPs

• Track training effectiveness and staff adoption of AI tools

• Facilitate cross-functional project teams and meetings

• Identify efficiencies and process improvement opportunities

• Maintain a knowledge management ecosystem for the agency

Requirements:

• 5+ years in operational business management or change initiatives

• Proven experience in managing large-scale transformations

• Strong focus on project management and organizational skills

• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation abilities

• Knowledge of AI governance and compliance measures
