Position: Safety Support Specialist Role

This position is ideal for detail-oriented candidates who want to develop their expertise in safety management and field operations. Reporting to the Safety Support Coordinator, you will support safety programs and maintain thorough documentation.

Your role includes executing specific tasks and collaborating with team members to uphold safety standards across various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily administrative safety support tasks

• Maintain organized safety training records and certifications

• Support preparation of client safety documentation

• Assist in client prequalification portal management

• Review inspection and audit records for completeness

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety is a plus

• Knowledge of OH&S legislation and WCB regulations

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
