Lead Operational Excellence at Côté Gold

In this impactful role, you will report to the Manager of Operational Excellence and be responsible for advancing our Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies across the PMO. You will coach teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure the alignment of initiatives with company objectives. This role requires a 7/7 rotation at our innovative Côté Gold site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve the framework for the OE PMO

• Balance and prioritize OE initiatives based on site goals

• Regularly chair portfolio reviews for transparency

• Lead value delivery through CI events

• Coach staff on Lean practices and engagement strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business

• 7+ years in CI or Operational Excellence roles

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desired

• Proven experience in coaching and governance

• Skilled in Excel, MS Office, and Power BI
