Join Marsh & McLennan as a Benefit Analyst, directly supporting the Client Service Team. This role emphasizes client communication, proposal analysis, and administrative tasks in the benefits arena.
As a Benefit Analyst, you will utilize your analytical skills to prepare RFPs and engage with carrier representatives. The focus is on ensuring accuracy in client data and supporting the enrollment process. Develop relationships within the team while maintaining high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze client and market data for renewals
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries
• Coordinate the enrollment process and client presentations
• Maintain Agency Management and Image Right Systems
• Assist other Benefit Analysts as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in benefits service experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• California Life & Disability License required
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Effective multitasking and communication skills
