Key Responsibilities:
• Organize process discovery sessions for operational assessment
• Validate and analyze data to achieve project aims
• Identify performance gaps, recommending actionable enhancements
• Create project deliverables such as charts and documentation
• Support implementation of recommendations with process owners
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in BPO or insurance operations
• 1+ year in process improvement projects as an Analyst
• Proven experience in managing project stakeholders
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
• Excellent communication and commitment to learning
