Position: Axos Bank Commercial Credit Policy Lead
Join Axos Bank as the Commercial Credit Policy and Governance Manager, where you will oversee critical risk management and governance functions. This role is integral to maintaining compliance and effective policy lifecycle.

As the AVP in this role, you will lead Policy and Governance management for the Commercial Credit sector. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure policy documents are current and operationally effective. You will be instrumental in fostering a strong risk culture through clear communication and structured governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop Commercial Credit policy framework

• Provide daily guidance to stakeholders on policy standards

• Coordinate timely reviews and documentation approvals

• Identify enhancements to governance efficiency

• Manage governance processes and Secretary function

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance

• 5–7+ years of relevant financial experience

• Solid understanding of credit risk and policy frameworks

• Proven track record in document governance

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
