As a Consultant with LIDD, you will play a vital role in enhancing distribution operations through effective software solutions. Collaborate with various stakeholders to assist clients in the selection and configuration of supply chain systems while providing support and detailed audits of current operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and analyze business processes to identify needs
• Create custom applications and detailed KPI reports
• Engage in client project meetings to facilitate collaboration
• Generate and update training materials for process improvement
• Perform additional related tasks as directed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar
• Bilingual in English and French for comprehensive communication
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity for travel up to 25% across the U.S. and Canada
