In this role, you will provide critical leadership and support in identifying new opportunities that align with Cannon Design’s goals. Managing key client relationships, you’ll drive initiatives aimed at achieving a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth in collaborative partnership with health practice leaders. Your influence will extend throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with firm-wide strategies and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategic business development initiatives
• Foster relationships to drive a $3 million NSF annually
• Gather market intelligence to inform engagement strategies
• Collaborate with various leaders on client pursuit initiatives
• Implement effective client retention strategies firm-wide
Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in business development roles
• Significant expertise in Behavioral Health
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
