In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the President, CEO, and senior leadership team to ensure effective governance practices. With 10+ years of experience in executive support, you will manage Board materials, oversee compliance documents, and facilitate Trustee engagement. Your contributions will directly impact the health of vulnerable families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior leadership on governance practices
• Prepare and organize materials for Board meetings
• Manage communication between the Board and CEO’s office
• Coordinate Trustee onboarding and engagement processes
• Provide executive assistance to the CEO’s office
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education with 10+ years in governance
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Emotional maturity and proactive problem-solving
