Market Access Manager Western

Drive market access initiatives with Lilly as a Regional Market Access Manager in Western Canada. Collaborate across teams to enhance access for innovative products in key provinces.

This role reports to the Director of Field Market Access and involves establishing robust relationships with priority stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include working alongside the Pricing, Reimbursement and Access team, Corporate Affairs, and other departments to support mandatory filings and pricing negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key payers in Western Canada

• Collaborate on mandatory filings and pricing strategies

• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies

• Prepare submissions and proposals for market access

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support access initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in market access or healthcare policy

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with provincial healthcare systems

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships
