In this pivotal role within the Quality department, you will oversee all aspects of Social Compliance with suppliers and factories. Your expertise will ensure that products comply with local and international regulations, while effectively managing regulatory risks across product development, supply chain, and packaging. This position requires a deep understanding of compliance frameworks and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory compliance for global product standards

• Monitor evolving regulations and communicate updates

• Provide guidance on compliance for new product initiatives

• Develop compliance roadmaps and internal policies

• Deliver training to integrate compliance early in development

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in compliance, ideally in retail or manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Strong knowledge of product safety and sustainability regulations

• Hands-on experience with factory audits

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with travel willingness
