BBA is expanding its Field Services team and seeking a Principal Field Services Leader. With over 15 years of relevant experience, you will leverage your industry insights to build and maintain strategic client relationships. This role focuses on business development, market growth, and operational leadership within high-voltage power systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities across utilities and infrastructure
• Sponsor strategic pursuits and pricing strategies
• Strengthen BBA's market position and influence service quality
• Mentor the next generation of technical leaders
• Collaborate with senior management to align growth strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in power systems or field services
• Demonstrated experience in business development
• Established network in utility and industrial markets
• Proficient in English and advanced French
• Excellent executive presentation skills
