As a Senior Product Manager at Intelex, your role will involve defining the direction for AI capabilities that empower EHSQ professionals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create structured, data-driven roadmaps while engaging with customers to identify unmet needs. Your strategic input will help deepen the impact of AI on organizational practices through effective product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and communicate the product roadmap for AI features
• Conduct interviews and analyze data for product improvements
• Collaborate with design and engineering on feature development
• Oversee the launch and monitor success metrics post-release
• Serve as the AI product authority for internal stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in product management, especially in AI
• Proficient in agile methodologies and roadmap governance
• Strong analytical skills and customer-centric mindset
• Experience with data science and ML engineering teams
• MBA is a plus, along with certifications in product management
