The Site Manager is responsible for guaranteeing the overall performance of the site, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the well‑being and safety of the teams. They would be leading the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and uphold high service standards. Additionally, they would a play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication, and meeting their needs while consistently striving for operational excellence.

3PL- fast paced and high volume environment experience is mandatory**

The site manager has to:

• Guarantee overall site performance,

Implements a scheduled periodical routine for the monitoring, measurement, and control (operational and financial) of objectives. Ensures the support of his team to achieve performance.

Communicates and makes adhere to the organization’s roadmap, ensures alignment of all the company's missions, objectives, and values. Maintains customer relations by cultivating proximity.

Promotes an intrapreneurship culture by giving members of the different levels of his/her activity the opportunity to suggest and participate in innovation programs and processes continuous improvement.

Analyzes performances and potential of his/her team members. Identifies support and development actions and ensures that they are carried out through follow up, defines hiring and development strategy.

Guarantees compliance with the contractual operations in accordance with the customer's specifications.
