As a Service and Collection Coordinator, you will be integral in overseeing service delivery and managing collections for both residential and commercial clients. This role emphasizes strong customer relationships and requires the flexibility to juggle various responsibilities, including contractor invoicing and compliance documentation. Your proactive engagement will help secure timely payments and build contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service calls and preventative maintenance repairs

• Manage contractor communications and schedule maintenance

• Issue purchase orders and validate contractor invoices

• Complete outreach strategies for collections

• Resolve billing disputes and customer concerns

Requirements:

• Required high school diploma;
Business education preferred

• 2-3 years experience in collections or service coordination

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management

• Proficient in Quick Books and Customer Relations systems

• Capable of managing several priorities at once
