Back Office Fund Accounting Associate

This senior associate role reports to the Junior Associate Director within Business Process Outsourcing. You will be involved in reviewing NAVs prepared by third-party administrators, calculating management fees, and managing investor interactions. This position emphasizes effective communication and collaboration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review NAV calculations for completeness

• Calculate fund management fees per legal structures

• Manage distribution of Investor Reports

• Oversee capital calls and investor allocations

• Coordinate with departments for accurate fund maintenance

Requirements:

• Experience in alternative fund accounting

• Client-facing experience and relationship management

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accounting or Finance

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office

• Preferred CPA/CFA designation or in progress
