Private Equity Fund Accounting Specialist

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will engage directly in fund accounting tasks for private equity clients. Major duties include NAV preparation, fee schedule calculations, and reconciliation processes. Strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential for meeting client demands and service obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full range of fund accounting for private equity

• Manage investor allocations ensuring accurate P&L

• Prepare capital call and distribution schedules

• Maintain compliance with fund valuation policies

• Support in preparing audited financial statements

Requirements:

• University degree or professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or CMA

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for accurate reporting

• Prior fund accounting experience is beneficial

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities

• Strong communicator for client and team collaboration
