Position: Workday Financials Analyst at MUFG Investor Services
Drive financial efficiency at MUFG Investor Services as a Workday Financials Analyst in a hybrid model. Improve finance processes and optimize workflows through your technical expertise.

This role focuses on enhancing financial processes while configuring and managing Workday Financials. You will work closely with Finance stakeholders to document essential functions and design effective process flows. Engage in strategic alignment between Finance and IT using your analytical skills to facilitate improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to enhance finance processes

• Document end-to-end process flows and future state solutions

• Configure Workday Financials modules and maintain system settings

• Optimize Workday Business Process Frameworks for efficiency

• Support integrations and define functional requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Experience in finance operations or business analysis roles

• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration

• Understanding of core finance processes like GL and AP

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
