Senior Associate Fund Accounting Supervisor

Lead the fund accounting team as a Senior Associate Supervisor at MUFG Investor Services, specializing in Private Equity and Private Markets. This full-time role combines client collaboration, financial analysis, and team leadership.

As a key member of MUFG Investor Services, you will manage financial data, oversee cash payments, and prepare detailed NAV packages. Your expertise in fund administration, coupled with staff management experience, will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with fund documentation. This position emphasizes collaboration with clients and third parties, ensuring effective communication and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review financial data from Private Equity clients

• Process fund expense payments in banking systems

• Prepare journal entries for cash payments and accruals

• Calculate capital call and distribution notices

• Collaborate with banks and auditors to ensure deliverables

Requirements:

• University Degree in finance or accounting

• Experience in fund administration and staff management

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of fund structures and fee calculations

• CPA or equivalent designation preferred
