MUFG Investor Services is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant with a few years of experience in Financial Accounting or Fund Accounting. This role involves reviewing clients’ financial data, processing fund expenses, and preparing detailed reconciliations and fee schedules. Your expertise will support our extensive range of asset servicing solutions for leading public and private funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review financial data from Private Equity clients

• Prepare and review investment structure consolidations

• Process payments of fund expenses seamlessly

• Book journal entries for cash payments and accruals

• Collaborate with clients, banks, and auditors for smooth delivery

Requirements:

• Few years of experience in Financial or Fund Accounting

• Knowledge of Private Equity or Private Debt is preferred

• Familiarity with Investran is an advantage

• CPA/ACCA/CA qualified is required
