Reporting to the team lead, you will focus on maintaining quality control and serving as a point of contact for client inquiries. Candidates with an educational background in business or relevant experience will excel in preparing deliverables and guiding team efforts towards high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality control for daily deliverables
• Act as liaison for daily client inquiries
• Generate ad hoc deliverables as necessary
• Address client and investor queries with professionalism
• Share insights and best practices with teammates
Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 0-2 years experience in client service or financial services
• Familiarity with investor services is advantageous
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel preferred
• Additional qualifications like ACCA or CMA are considered an asset
