Key Responsibilities:
• Support delivery teams with policy adherence
• Handle client communications and investor inquiries
• Manage sensitive escalations with care
• Facilitate training and performance evaluations
• Lead departmental initiatives and project management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
• 3+ years in banking, fund administration, or similar sectors
• Proven client service/problem-solving skills
• Team leadership experience in relevant industries
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
