As a Senior Financial Analyst at pHathom, you will directly influence the financial operations of our rapidly growing climate technology company. Your expertise will be crucial in developing budgeting, reporting, and forecasting processes that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with our Fractional CFO, establishing the foundation for robust financial practices and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and maintain financial reporting systems

• Manage budget and forecast analyses for stakeholders

• Assist in funding strategies and equity options

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field

• CPA designation preferred
