Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be integral in managing quality control review processes and act as a primary contact for client deliverables.
Your role includes addressing client inquiries and offering assistance to the team. Each day brings new challenges in striving for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality control reviews on investor deliverables
• Address daily client inquiries effectively
• Prepare deliverables in line with SLAs
• Respond to Client and Investor queries with precision
• Provide guidance and support to team members
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of financial services experience
• Familiarity with Investor Services processes a plus
• Experience in client/customer service desired
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
