Senior Fund Accountant

Position: Senior Fund Accountant at MUFG Investor Services
Location: Halifax Regional Municipality

In this senior associate position, you will drive fund administration services to private market clients. Your responsibilities include maintaining precise books and records, preparing financial reports, and acting as a primary contact for clients and auditors. This position requires experience in financial accounting or fund accounting and knowledge of the Investran platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver fund administration for private equity clients

• Maintain accurate financial records and investor reporting

• Review client data and load into internal systems

• Process fund expenses and book journal entries

• Prepare capital call calculations and NAV packages

Requirements:

• Several years in Financial or Fund Accounting

• Preferable experience in Private Equity or Private Debt

• Familiarity with Investran is advantageous

• CPA/ACCA/CA qualification required

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams
