In the Finance team, you will be responsible for developing pricing strategies aligned with occupancy and revenue targets. A minimum of 7 years in finance with proven experience in pricing is essential. Collaborate across departments ensuring governance and innovative pricing solutions that drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement pricing strategies for various service lines

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Develop scalable pricing frameworks for data-informed decisions

• Lead annual pricing reviews and governance processes

• Support cross-department initiatives to enhance revenue

Requirements:

• CPA designation and relevant degree in Finance or Economics

• Over 7 years of finance experience with a pricing focus

• Strong analytical capabilities for trend analysis

• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams

• Experience with pricing tools such as Yardi preferred
