We are searching for a Manager, Pricing & Revenue Analytics to join our Finance team.

Reporting directly to the Director, Finance Operations Retirement & Lifestyle Communities, the Manager, Pricing & Revenue Analytics is responsible for developing and leading pricing strategies across all service lines, including rents, care services, and ancillary offerings. This role creates scalable pricing frameworks and drives data-informed decisions that improve occupancy, revenue, and margins while ensuring alignment with brand and market positioning.

As a strategic partner to Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams, the Manager leads pricing analytics, governance, and reporting, providing leadership with clear insights into performance and opportunities. The role also plays a key part in advancing pricing capabilities through automation, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • About the Opportunity

  • Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across all service lines to support occupancy, revenue, and margin targets
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Develop and maintain scalable pricing frameworks, models, and processes to enable consistent, data-driven decision-making
  • Lead annual rate setting and pricing reviews, including analysis, recommendations, and executive reporting
  • Monitor pricing performance, revenue outcomes, and key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Establish and maintain pricing governance, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product pricing, business cases, and revenue optimization initiatives
  • Lead the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities to enhance visibility and decision-making
  • Drive the adoption of automation and advanced analytics to improve pricing efficiency and responsiveness
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and overall financial performance
  • About You

    In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

  • CPA designation or equivalent, with a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
