Position: Transaction Tax Senior Manager Across
Become a Senior Manager in Transaction Tax Services with BDO, working from any location in Canada. Focus on providing expert advice in tax due diligence and structuring for clients.

This role involves leading engagements in buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, working on tax modeling and pre-sale planning. You will mentor team members, analyze complex tax issues, and contribute to the development of private equity fund structures. Build strong relationships with clients and help maintain a people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence processes

• Design tax structures for strategic acquisitions

• Analyze and prepare client-facing tax deliverables

• Mentor team members and enhance their skills

• Support business development initiatives in private equity

Requirements:

• CPA designation or LLB mandatory

• Minimum 7 years of tax-related experience

• Experience in M&A transactions essential

• Strong leadership and client service skills

• Excellent analytical abilities and communication
