Eckler is seeking a motivated Investment Research Analyst to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will be central to advising clients on various investment strategies, including policy development and portfolio structuring. Your focus will include performance monitoring and producing detailed reports crucial for client decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports for clients

• Track investment performance and analyze strategy developments

• Maintain and update client exposure data for reporting

• Conduct due diligence on investment managers and prepare assessments

• Contribute to research reports with industry insights

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in finance, investment, or mathematics

• 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry

• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills

• Enrollment in CFA program preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
