MUFG Investor Services is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead financial operations in fund accounting. You will manage tasks such as capital call calculations and create fee schedules while working with clients and third-party stakeholders. Your expertise in private markets will drive the success of your team and ensure adherence to service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage client financial data accurately

• Prepare third-party reconciliations for cash and investments

• Book necessary journal entries and oversee expense payments

• Design fee schedules and calculate management fees

• Deliver comprehensive NAV packages to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree focused on finance or accounting

• Several years in fund administration roles

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fund software

• Strong understanding of fund structures and fee calculations

• CPA or equivalent accounting designation preferred
