This role is pivotal in executing claims and managing financial operations under the Finance Director's guidance. You will excel in a project-based context, focusing on deferred capital grants, ensuring compliance, and supporting program financial reporting. Your leadership will be vital to maintaining operational precision in a paperless environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute financial claims and monitor project expenditures
• Ensure compliance in the Reaching Home program reporting
• Manage full-cycle accounting in a project-focused setting
• Prepare audit working papers and manage financial reviews
• Oversee daily financial tasks, including payroll and bank reconciliations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-7 years in operational finance
• Expertise with Quick Books for efficient finance management
• Hands-on accounting experience in multi-entity environments
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Must possess a valid driver's license for travel
