Position: Pricing and Revenue Lead at Shannex

Join Shannex as the Pricing and Revenue Lead where your expertise will develop pricing strategies for our Retirement & Lifestyle Communities. Drive analytics to enhance revenue and financial outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Finance Operations, you will design comprehensive pricing frameworks for various service lines, focusing on data-driven decisions.

Your role will entail collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to impact occupancy rates and financial margins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative pricing strategies across all service lines

• Perform market analyses to inform pricing choices

• Establish scalable pricing frameworks based on data insights

• Monitor and analyze key pricing performance metrics

• Work collaboratively on current pricing initiatives

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent in Finance or Business

• At least 7 years of experience in finance and pricing

• Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills

• Proficiency in pricing automation and dashboards

• Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams
