As part of the Harding team, your role will be instrumental in delivering financial insights and reporting, aiding the Vice President, Finance with critical business operations. Your analytical skills will help enhance internal controls and improve overall financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly and year-end account closing processes
• Prepare comprehensive budgets and performance forecasts
• Ensure audit support documentation compliance
• Strengthen internal controls and financial procedures
• Provide oversight for financial processes and reporting
Requirements:
• Undergraduate diploma in Finance or Accounting
• At least 3 years of relevant finance experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
