Join a leading financial institution as an Operations Officer II. This role requires CSC certification and involves managing retirement plan transactions in a compliance-focused, hybrid work environment. This 9-month position starts onsite for 90 days before transitioning to a hybrid mode.
You will process retirement plans, handle compliance, and manage partner requests through Salesforce. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft 365 are essential for success in this agile role.
Key Responsibilities- Process Registered Retirement Plans per CRA guidelines
- Handle tax compliance for withdrawal requests
- Respond to internal partner requests via Salesforce
- Ensure high accuracy while maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with teams to resolve processing discrepancies
- 2–4 years' experience in banking or financial services
- Robust compliance-related experience required
- Familiarity with RRSP processes preferred
Experience in back‑office operations required - University degree in Business or related field
