Join MUFG Investor Services as a Debt Services Management Associate, where you'll manage client portfolios and oversee loan administration in a adaptable hybrid setting. In this role, reporting to the Associate Director, you'll be responsible for daily management of client portfolios while interacting directly on complex matters. A solid numeric background combined with proficiency in MS Office will help in meeting your deliverables effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Process and maintain portfolios with lifecycle events
- Set up and review current securities and pertinent details
- Provide extensive reporting services for stakeholders
- Assist in supporting client operations during valuations
- Conduct regular substantiation of portfolio positions
- Fund operations or accounting experience is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office applications is essential
- Background in numeric disciplines preferred
- Familiarity with loans, credit, and bonds is a plus
- Attention to detail for accurate portfolio management
