Senior Operations Analyst NS

Elevate client service standards as a Senior Operations Analyst at Citco based in Halifax, NS. This hybrid position focuses on managing operations for complex fund structures.

As part of Citco's accomplished Middle Office team, you will ensure compliance with service level agreements while enhancing client relationships.

Your role will involve daily operational oversight, cash flow analysis, and risk management across diverse investment products. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff and resolving operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet daily and monthly deliverables in client operations

• Examine cash flows and assess investment risks

• Resolve issues and prepare reports for portfolio management

• Train and guide junior team members effectively

• Aid in the onboarding of new clients and migration tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience

• Familiarity with securities markets and financial products

• Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA preferred
