Elevate your career as a Senior Assistant Relationship Manager at RBC, supporting high-level client relationships and market insights. This role blends administrative expertise with direct client engagement and trade processing.
As a key support to the Relationship Manager in Private Banking, your responsibilities will include managing complex client requests and facilitating effective communication. You'll provide essential administrative services, handle documentation for KYC and risk profiling, and oversee trade processing. Working closely with internal partners, you'll ensure compliance with RBC policies while addressing client and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist RM with client admin and complex inquiries
• Provide updated market info and handle trade processing
• Support marketing communications and prospecting activities
• Collect documentation for account opening and profiling
• Prepare RM for client meetings and business trips
Requirements:
• 7 years experience as Assistant Relationship Manager
• Degree or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Mandarin for North Asia clients
• Advanced skills in Bloomberg and Reuters
• Strong knowledge in banking products and client service
