Deputy Director Lending at IRC

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily lending operations and pipeline management

• Supervise and mentor a team of loan officers

• Review and approve loan applications and recommendations

• Maintain credit quality and mission alignment in loan production

• Manage the loan pipeline tracking system and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

• Minimum 8 years in CDFI loan servicing or credit risk management

• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and compliance

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Commitment to serving low-income communities
