Your ability to produce intricate risk assessment reports will be crucial for effective decision-making and service balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfill complex client transactions related to bankruptcies
• Approve, decline, or negotiate credit counseling services
• Field inquiries from clients and industry professionals
• Complete risk reports while balancing service and risk
• Resolve issues specific to client functions and processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years of collections experience required
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Risk Assessment Report formulation
• Ability to work in a call center environment
